WHAT TO EXPECT: This is a 1 hour yoga class where you’ll have the opportunity to explore and challenge your strength, balance + flexibility. Our fully qualified + experienced yoga teacher will guide you through the class where you’ll move through a sequence of shapes and stretches and practice mindfulness.
IF YOU’RE TOTALLY NEW TO YOGA, READ THIS: We’re pretty chilled so don’t worry if you’ve never done yoga before, our classes are perfect for beginners! The teacher will demonstrate the whole class + give instructions so you can follow along and give it a go 🙂
