Come and experience a refreshing and relaxing Heartfulness Yoga session. Reward yourself at the end of a workday by taking care of your body, mind and soul in this loving practice.
We do asana's (physical poses) in a calm, light-hearted and joyful manner to balance our bodies and minds and to prepare for meditation. Each asana practice is ended with a short relaxation.
After the class we also offer an optional Heart-Based meditation of 30 minutes. The asana's will have prepared your body and mind for receiving the meditation naturally. Feel free to join!
Try Heartfulness yoga for free three times, after that we ask a donation of 50 SEK per class. You can sign up with the teacher, Annelies, in class.
You will find us in "Lilla Studio" at C.Off, but please bring your own yoga mats!
Heartfulness Yoga is part of Heartfulness meditation. If you are interested in trying our group-based meditations feel free to join on a Wednesday or Sunday or ask the teacher for an introduction to meditation. Meditations are always offered free of charge.
