ULI UK Annual Conference 2018

Conference Overview

Across the globe, there have been seismic shifts in politics, gig-economics, society, demographics and the impact of AI, robotics and other technologies. With these changes we are seeing transformations across all sectors of real estate with innovators, disruptors and makers forcing the built environment to become more flexible.

So as the real estate industry finds itself on the cusp of change, we need admit that this is no longer a phenomenon and is now a fundamental part of the market. So we need to understand how to incorporate more flexibility yet ensure that real estate remains fit for purpose.

The technology disrupters can no longer be ignored and already we are experiencing a blurring of boundaries within our industry.  The 2018 ULI UK Annual Conference will look at this distortion of property industry. The blurring between professional and personal lives and its resultant shift in customer expectations, the interplay between real estate and infrastructure and the morphing of tech companies into real estate providers.  Join us to hear the latest trends, share best practice and future proof your business.
